The Team Lead, Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist leads the digital marketing specialists and serves as a key player in developing and executing digital strategies that support Cavco’s manufacturing and retail operations. This role bridges strategic planning with day-to-day execution, overseeing websites, campaigns, CRM, retail enablement and partner support, while driving measurable growth in retailer engagement, manufacturing support and lead quality.

You’ll work closely with internal marketing leadership, creative and technical teams and external partners to align digital efforts with company goals. The right candidate is both a capable project executor and a data-informed strategist who can translate performance into insights and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop UX/UI designers, including workload management, performance feedback and career growth.
  • Establish and maintain web design standards, patterns and systems to ensure quality, consistency, brand alignment, digital accessibility standards and WCAG/ADA compliance across platforms.
  • Work with Marketing to guide product direction through user research, journey mapping, personas and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs from concept through delivery.
  • Partner with designers and developers to ensure designs are feasible, aligned and implemented to specification.
  • Analyze web use metrics and design KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to optimize websites for usability, marketability, content discoverability, SEO performance, organic search performance and search engine ranking.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure digital efforts align with brand standards and sales priorities.

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, including team leadership and successful digital product delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Portfolio demonstrating web and native case studies from research through final design.
  • Experience leading design systems and cross-platform standards.
  • Experience applying user research to personas, journeys and product decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with marketing, development and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics, and KPIs to improve accessibility, accessibility best practices, usability, content discoverability, marketability, SEO performance and search ranking.
