Responsibilities
- Work closely with product, business strategy, and engineering to run and execute projects with high-level direction within your product area.
- Identify the right solutions for ambiguously defined problem spaces.
- Simplify and solve user needs for multiple customer types. Ability to design end-to-end journeys and interactions that drive engagement to meet revenue goals for a product area.

- Generate and explore multiple potential solutions, and know how to identify the right ones.
- Know how to use existing systems, and when to break out of them. Can work collaboratively to develop new patterns and principles for team-wide adoption.
- Detail-oriented with micro-interactions, copy, edge cases, and states.
- Excellent UX problem-solving: Ability to create efficient solutions for complex user journeys.
- Strong visual design skills: knows how to use color, composition, visual hierarchy to produce delightful user interfaces. Demands a high level of visual polish from their work.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in UX, Product Design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn and grow into more responsibilities, such as mentorship, strategy, and elevating the teams overall design thinking and craftsmanship.
- Expertise in Figma
- Prototyping skills (preferably Figma)
Preferred
- Experience working with B2C, SaaS, and B2B products.
- Expertise in iOS, Android, and responsive web design.
- Experience with data-driven design
- Experience with user testing and running basic usability studies
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
