A leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Product Designer Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

Manching and other sites across the country.

What you will do

• Analyze existing business processes in the Services perimeter to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for digital optimization
• Map current processes and design future-state workflows to align with digitalization goals
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable design features
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support the adoption of digital solutions
• Collaborate with departments of Digital and Data Readiness Center to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant hands-on experience in process improvement, digitalization, process mapping, workflow analysis, change management, digital transformation initiatives
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
