The Graphic Product Design Intern assists in crafting visually engaging and user-centered design assets that support digital banking products and member communications. They collaborate with UX designers and product teams to ensure consistency in branding, accessibility, and usability across interfaces and marketing touchpoints. This role offers hands-on experience in applying design thinking to real-world financial services.

  • Portfolio Development: Build a professional portfolio with real-world projects like marketing materials, social media graphics, and branded content.
  • Practical Experience: Gain hands-on experience using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and working within brand guidelines.
  • Professional Growth: Develop collaboration, communication, and time management skills by working with cross-functional teams.
  • Industry Insight: Exposure to the financial services sector helps interns understand how design supports business goals and member engagement.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with professionals in marketing, design, and communications, which can lead to future job opportunities.

Assist in designing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and email templates.
Support brand consistency across all visual communications.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
Prepare and edit graphics for web and print using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Help maintain the digital asset library and organize design files.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling.

What You Bring 🎯

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
  • Creativity & Communication: Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and ability to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with marketing and communications teams, take feedback, and iterate on designs.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing design work, including school projects or freelance work.
  • A passion for people, innovation, and growth.
