As a Mid-level UX Designer at Movir, you will contribute to optimizing our extensive digital services in the field of disability insurance. As a Mid-level UX Designer at Movir, you will be responsible for shaping the very first impression our customers have of us. You are the creator of our digital business card: the first touchpoint in the customer journey. That’s why customer-friendliness and seamless, intuitive processes are absolutely essential. You will help the chain by designing and optimizing user-friendly processes and interfaces for both internal systems and customer-facing applications.

Movir is part of NN Schade & Inkomen and is located in Nieuwegein. Within the chain, you will work with the Empowered Product Team, which includes colleagues from both the business and our IT department. Primarily, you will be part of the IT department where our Scrum teams also work. You will closely collaborate with the chain lead, the product owner, the "Becoming a Customer" scrum team, and the business, ensuring regular alignment with various stakeholders. Each chain has its own UX designer whom you can always reach out to.
At NN we work hybrid. We combine working from home and working in the office. Teams can meet online or in person. You and your team agree on what suits you best. We have set up our offices in such a way that there is a suitable place for every type of work. The official location for this job is Nieuwegein.
As a designer, you closely collaborate with the Design System team. This allows you to spend more time on solving real customer problems and applying the full UX design process. Outside the team, you’re a member of the NN Design Guild. With over 50 designers from all corners of the company, we discuss our craft and make sure we keep learning and developing together. All designers get together on a regular basis for knowledge sharing, inspiration sessions, and co-creation.
