About the role:

Were building and evolving NYL360, our digital platform that supports the Field organization, and were looking for an energetic, proactive Director of Product Design to lead the design team. This role is for a leader who has taken products from 0-to-1 (launch) and then 1-to-N (scale) — bringing a clear point of view on discovery, MVP definition, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement. A large component of NYL360 is AI enablement — helping Field teams work smarter through AI-assisted workflows and insights — so youll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to design experiences that are trustworthy, compliant, and easy to adopt.

This role isnt just about aesthetics—its about weaving trust, clarity, and empathy into NYL360 experiences that our Field teams rely on. We believe in ensuring user accessibility/inclusivity throughout all digital journeys. Youll be challenged to uphold this mission in every user touchpoint—from initial launch through scaled adoption.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $119,000-$170,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individuals experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
