ISG UX Studio is covering 4 areas across Sales & Trading: Equity Sales, Trading & Risk, Algorithmic Trading, Fixed Income, and Prime Brokerage and Fund Services. \n\n### What you’ll do in the role:\n- As an SME in Sales & Trading, partner with the Fleet leads, POs, and Technology team creating cohesive experiences within various products across the Fleet and being involved in every step of the end-to-end product design process.\n- Provide additional support and fluidity across multiple Fleets or even cross-divisions when needed.\n- Craft intuitive and elegant experiences that empower our clients to make confident financial decisions.\n- Work closely with our research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data and make value-driven design decisions that translate into clear, simple UIs.\n- Create and present a variety of design deliverables (sketches, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes) in a way that engenders confidence in you and your solutions with the team and the greater organization.\n- Form holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into our wealth management product ecosystem.\n- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces and partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products.\n- Work closely with the larger Global UX team to share design best practices, align on patterns, and promote a design-centric culture at the firm.\n- Advocate for all user abilities by thoroughly testing design deliverables to meet WCAG ADA compliance.\n\n### What you’ll bring to the role:\n- You have an outstanding portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and user needs.\n- You've spent 3-5 years as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched.\n- You have a bachelor's degree in design or a related field, preferably, a master's degree is a plus.\n- You have excellent skills in Figma.\n- You have experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement.\n- You can leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively validate and enhance your design concepts to achieve the best possible solutions for your users.\n- You thrive in a collaborative, explorative environment and you value being on a diverse team to brainstorm and get feedback from within a large organization.\n- You practice active listening and contribute in group situations, like brainstorms, audits, critiques, and whiteboard sessions.\n- You get excited by complex projects with high levels of ambiguity and are resilient in the face of obstacles.\n\n### What you can expect from Morgan Stanley:\nWe are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
