We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to fill a Senior UX Designer - parental leave cover position (12 months).
In this role you will be part of a multidisciplinary product team working in the context of In-Field Assistance.
The In-Field Assistance team owns multiple products and services, not visible to riders, but on an operational level, behind the scenes. We provide the drivers and Hub staff with the Operations app to support them in their daily work. Additionally, we aim to maximize service quality by providing tooling and guidance to resolve incident and accident situations efficiently and empathetically, for our users at the desks and in the field.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will improve the existing product from a UX perspective and will drive forward discoveries and identify new potential topics in collaboration with the product manager and engineers.
Additional to the product team, you will be part of the design team at MOIA. We are a diverse team of UX Designers, Product Designers and UX Researchers with all different kinds of strengths and characters. We always support each other and strongly believe that a team works best as a collective. As the design team we pride ourselves to always bring in the interests of our customers into our interdisciplinary teams and products.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds — even if you don’t meet every requirement. If you’re excited about the role and MOIA’s mission, we’d love to hear from you!
