Senior Product Designer - License Management

Our focus is on creating data-driven, user-centric designs that balance business goals with exceptional user experiences.

About the Role

The Senior Product Designer for the License Management team will design foundational systems at the intersection of user experience, scale, and monetization. You will tackle complex, high-leverage challenges that shape how millions of customers access and pay for Miro, as well as designing and shipping experiments that drive FR and Guest users towards paid seats, and activate paid seats to drive MAUs.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the design of growth-focused features and experiments from ideation through launch, iterating based on insights from user research and quantitative data
  • Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, Data Analysts, and other designers to define hypotheses, design experiments, and measure impact on growth metrics
  • Translate data insights and user feedback into thoughtful, intuitive design solutions that help drive customer growth, product usage, and revenue
  • Apply your understanding of SaaS growth concepts, including customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization to your design work for product-led growth and enterprise users
  • Balance business objectives with user needs, ensuring both are reflected in your process and deliverables
  • Advocate for high design quality and consistency, collaborating with the design system team to ensure solutions align with our broader product experience
  • Communicate design rationale and solutions clearly to stakeholders, proactively seeking feedback and alignment
  • Learn from and collaborate with a talented team of designers, sharing feedback and growing your craft
  • Stay current on growth design best practices, experimentation methodologies, and industry trends to inform and inspire your work
  • Explore using AI tools to speed up validation, design discovery, and prototyping

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or growth-focused roles, with a portfolio showcasing your design thinking and impact
  • Experience designing and running data-driven experiments, and iterating based on results
  • Experience working on projects that have a direct impact on product usage or revenue
  • Good understanding of core growth concepts for SaaS products and platforms (e.g., user acquisition, onboarding, retention).
  • Ability to balance business goals with user needs, delivering high-quality, user-centric designs
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners, including PMs, Engineers, Data Analysts, and other designers
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; experience with analytics platforms is a plus
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback, with a desire to learn and grow as part of a team
  • Growth mindset and a passion for experimentation
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate validation, prototyping, or design discovery
  • Experience with enterprise applications and services is a plus
