Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the executive and product teams to shape product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap, influencing high-level business and product decisions.
- Own complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept through launch, driving design strategy and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Translate ambiguous business and user problems into clear, actionable design frameworks, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Lead and elevate product thinking across the organization by articulating clear design rationale grounded in user insights, data, and business objectives.
- Drive and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform product direction, identify opportunity areas, and validate solutions.
- Establish, scale, and evolve a robust design system to ensure cohesion, quality, and efficiency across all product surfaces.
- Provide mentorship and design leadership through thoughtful critique, feedback, and guidance to other designers and cross-functional partners.
- Champion user-centric decision-making at every stage of the product lifecycle while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve product experience, workflows, and internal processes.
- Stay ahead of emerging design patterns, technologies, and industry trends, bringing forward-thinking ideas into the product organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with demonstrated ownership of complex, consumer-facing digital products (mobile and/or desktop).
- Proven track record leading end-to-end design initiatives from strategy through launch, with measurable impact.
- Strong systems thinker with experience building or scaling design systems.
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic problem framing, high-quality execution, and shipped work.
- Deep proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools.
- Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional partners, including product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive clarity.
- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs.
