Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Within Consumer Marketing, we bring that mission to life through digital experiences that shape how people see and engage with our brands. We create modern, high-impact web experiences across Windows, Surface, and Copilot where storytelling, interaction, and design craft come together to move people from curiosity to action. We’re looking for a Senior Interactive Web Designer to lead the visual and interactive expression of these experiences. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can move seamlessly from concept to execution by combining strong design sensibility with front-end fluency. You’ll define and build elegant, performant experiences across the customer journey and bring together systems thinking, motion, and modern web technologies. You’re hands-on, detail-obsessed, and comfortable working at the intersection of design and engineering. You also know how to leverage emerging AI tools to accelerate workflow without compromising craft.
