Meroka are hiring a

Product Designer

This Role Is Not for You If…

  • You think design is just about making things look pretty instead of shaping how people work and feel
  • You prefer working alone over collaborating with engineers, product managers, and end-users
  • You get frustrated by feedback loops and iteration
  • You’re uncomfortable designing for complex, regulated spaces like healthcare
  • You’d rather focus only on visuals than understand workflows, usability, and product strategy

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end design for core parts of Meroka’s platform, from discovery through delivery
  • Translate complex healthcare workflows into clear, intuitive, and delightful user experiences
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma (or your tool of choice)
  • Partner with frontend engineers to ensure design intent is carried through to production
  • Establish and evolve our design system for consistency, accessibility, and scale
  • Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing with physicians and practice staff
  • Advocate for simplicity and usability in every product decision

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

  • Has experience designing digital products (SaaS, healthcare, or B2B a plus)
  • Is fluent in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and prototyping workflows
  • Understands how to balance user needs with business requirements and technical constraints
  • Brings strong UX fundamentals: hierarchy, accessibility, interaction patterns, responsive design
  • Communicates ideas clearly through visuals, prototypes, and storytelling
  • Loves working closely with engineers and PMs to ship high-quality features
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and responsibility

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and health benefits
  • Unlimited vacation and flexible working arrangements
  • The chance to design the platform that restores humanity in healthcare for independent physicians and their teams
  • Ownership of design decisions across key product areas
  • A thoughtful, ambitious team that values creativity, clarity, and long-term thinking

Additional Notes

This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Canada for on-site campaigns, team collaboration, and brand activations. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.

How to Apply

Send us your CV and portfolio (case studies or examples of shipped work). Bonus points if you include a short Loom video walking us through one of your projects, explaining your design process and the impact it created.
