This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and guide the most significant UI and UX overhaul in the companys history, shaping the future direction of Medius products and user experiences.
As a Lead Product Designer, you will strategically own and shape large portions of the user experience, working closely with Group Product Managers (GPMs) and Engineering Managers (EMs) to define and execute the product roadmap. Operating within Medius Product Design framework, you will ensure consistency and quality across squads and product groups. You will play a key role in influencing product decisions, mentoring designers, and driving design excellence across the organization.
