Product Designer UX/UI
Description Summary:
As a user-centric Product Designer with a profound focus on merging usability with customer and user needs, the Product Designer UX/UI will serve as a pivotal member of our delivery team. In this influential role, you will work with Product Managers in gathering requirements, conducting user interviews, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to create solutions that delight our customers. Your expertise in comprehending the challenges faced by our customers will be crucial in crafting intuitive and effective user experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency at every stage of the design process, possess a deep passion for usability, and excel at working with cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering innovative solutions.
Essential Duties:
The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor’s requests for additional or altered duties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Develop an understanding of user personas and their behaviors to inform design decisions.
- Merge user feedback, industry best practices, and internal stakeholder input to define UX/UI design strategies and goals.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Adobe XD to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and to provide guidance during implementation.
- Continuously advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to enhance our design processes.

Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a focus on UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to understand user needs, create intuitive designs, and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take user research findings and turn into actionable design recommendations.
- Experience conducting usability testing and A/B testing.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished and user-friendly interfaces.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Must be able to build and maintain positive business relationships with co-workers and other business contacts.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to work in the office regularly, or pivot to working at home should emergency situations arise.
- Ability to travel in representing the company’s interests required.
- Ability to attend work per assigned schedule and attend meetings with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift and move light to moderate items occasionally without reasonable accommodation.
