Senior Product Designer (Lingerie and Swim), 12 months, FTC.

Role: Senior Product Designer (Lingerie and Swim), 12 months, FTC.
Start date: Mid Feb 2026.
Location: Solihull, HQ.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (12-month maternity cover) to take our collections to a new level with innovation and creativity. We are seeking someone who is creative, thinks outside the box, and has ahead-of-the-curve ideas for all our product collections within the Lingerie and Swim categories.

As the team grows, you’ll have the opportunity to grow too! Working alongside our design team, not only will you be able to develop your skills within this role, but we want you to bring your own thinking and ideas to drive the team’s development.

What you will do at Lounge:

• Leading with new design innovations, product development to create new and exciting products for our Underwear, Intimates, and Swim collections that can fit within our design plan and fit our customers wants and needs.
• Work from initial mood boards, trend and concept ideas all the way through to final CAD designs.
• Research the consumer market and identify new trends and areas for the brand.
• Leading on bringing new ideas and pushing innovations to bring to the Head of Product and wider design team.
• Design and develop new embroidery/laces/trimmings/new materials to elevate designs.
• Research into materials, fabrications and components within the market to incorporate into new innovations across product ranges.
• Reach out to current and new suppliers to source new fabrics each quarter.
• Work alongside the Product Team to develop designs from CAD to final end product. This is to include being in weekly fit sessions.
• Review and feedback on lab dips, quality submission alongside the Head of Product and Product developers weekly.
• Ensure all working documents are kept up to date and relevant to ensure wider teams use correct information.
• Complete detailed design handovers and initial tech packs to share with the wider team.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure CADs and design changes are always updated in a timely manner.
• Communicate with suppliers to source and develop fabrics with sustainability in mind.
• Liaise directly with material and component suppliers, ensuring regular visits to office and communications are kept clear for new project developments.
• Ensuring the product department is kept tidy/organised in relevant documents and systems.
• Adapt to a fast paced working environment efficiently, whilst keeping organised.
• Strong time management skills with excellent ability to efficiently prioritise and delegate design team work.
• Mentor design team members, keeping presentations, CADs and everyday work to high standards.
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, photoshop and any new programmes adopted (with relevant training).
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas to the team, Head of Product, Chiefs and wider business when needed.
• Ensuring a continued professional, yet can-do, positive attitude to keep team motivation high.

• Have a degree in Contour Fashion or Fashion and an underlying passion for lingerie.
• Are passionate about all things lingerie and have a head filled with ideas for Lounge.
• Are confident liaising with our wider Product Team and suppliers across the world - with a professional and organised mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Are excited to take on the challenge of an extremely fast-moving and quick paced role.
• Are a totally creative person, with the ability to think outside the box and create new and exciting products for Lounge.
