JOB TITLE: UX Designer

HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.
Were looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment, working closely with designers, product owners, engineers and researchers. They will take full ownership of their design output while contributing positively to a supportive, high-performing team. They will be confident when presenting their work to stakeholders, and able to adapt designs to reflect their feedback and feedback from user research and usability testing.
This role is part of the Access Lab, the team behind the online banking login experience relied on by millions of customers every single day. Our team builds products closely with Product and Engineering.
