Were looking for a Lead Product Designer to help create a new Lennar mobile app that supports customers from the moment they start their home buying journey through closing and beyond. This app will become the primary digital companion for our buyers, bringing together education, guidance, communication, and support in one intuitive experience. Youll design customer-facing experiences that help buyers navigate key moments like financing, title, insurance, closing, and warranty, while also partnering closely with Salesforce-backed systems that support internal workflows and customer communication. This is an opportunity to design a product that people rely on during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $121,700.00 - $152,100, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, and described benefits in accordance with Company Policy.
