Job Description

At KONUX, Senior Product Designers play a crucial role in shaping intuitive, data-driven solutions that make complex technical information accessible and actionable. As a Senior Product Designer (with UI & Systems focus), you’ll focus on designing elegant, data-rich interfaces and maintaining a scalable design system that empowers teams to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across our platform.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with our UX Designer, PMs, engineers, and domain experts. Together, you’ll translate technical complexity into clear, user-centered designs that make a real-world impact in mission-critical environments.

Your Impact

  • Craft Beautiful, Usable Interfaces: Design intuitive, data-rich interfaces that make complex workflows feel simple, accessible, and actionable.
  • Shape Interaction Patterns: Define interaction behaviors, transitions, and patterns that make our product feel seamless and responsive.
  • Maintain and Evolve Our Design System: Own and update a scalable design system used across multiple delivery teams, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work with the UX Designer, PMs, engineers, and domain experts to align user needs with technical realities and business goals.
  • Deliver with Impact: Ensure smooth handoffs to developers and support high-quality implementation, from early flow definitions to polished layouts and high-fidelity prototypes.

To be successful in this role

  • 4+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing data-heavy dashboards, analytics tools, and design systems.
  • Expertise in Figma and a passion for building and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Confidence working in technical and engineering-heavy environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams. German would be nice to have.

You care deeply about making technical or complex functionality feel simple and elegant. You balance beautiful execution with a strong user-centered mindset and enjoy contributing to discovery and strategy conversations - even if you’re not leading the research.
