Be a part of our diverse team, comprising professionals from top tech giants and FinTech innovators, as a Lead Product Designer in a flat-structure organization.\n\n### Job Responsibilities\n\n- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, Ops, Risk & Compliance to shape end‑to‑end enterprise product experiences.\n- Translate market, customer, and stakeholder insights into clear problem statements and design hypotheses.\n- Design complex multi‑persona workflows.\n- Balance usability, business goals, regulatory constraints, scalability, and technical feasibility in solution options.\n- Produce artefacts across fidelities.\n- Run structured usability and validation sessions with targeted personas and iterate based on evidence.\n- Define success metrics with Product and feed learnings into the roadmap.\n- Contribute to and evolve a robust design system.\n- Collaborate closely with engineering for implementation quality and champion accessibility, data privacy, security affordances, and auditability in design decisions.\n- Help prioritize the design backlog, estimate effort and unblock dependencies, mentor designers, promote shared standards, and continuous improvement.\n\n### Required Qualifications\n\n- Proven experience designing complex B2B / enterprise or fintech SaaS products.\n- Portfolio showing depth in problem framing, systems thinking, workflow optimisation, and measurable impact.\n- Strength in simplifying dense information.\n- Ability to reconcile competing stakeholder needs.\n- Fluency in modern web & mobile patterns; awareness of technical constraints.\n- Experience leveraging product analytics to guide design thinking.\n- Design system contribution experience.\n- Bachelor’s in Design / HCI or equivalent experience.\n\n### Preferred Qualifications\n\n- Clear, outcome-oriented communication for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.\n- Comfortable navigating ambiguity; can impose structure quickly.\n- Collaborative, low‑ego; uplifts cross‑functional partners.\n- Decisive with trade‑offs; data and insight driven.\n- Adapts to rapid iteration in an agile, distributed environment.\n- Curious, pragmatic, systems thinker."
