The Firmwide Product & Design Recruiting Team

The Firmwide Product & Design Recruiting team partners across lines of business to hire world-class talent in Product Management and Product Experience/Design. We work as strategic advisors to hiring leaders, combining market insights, proactive sourcing, inclusive hiring practices, and operational rigor to deliver great outcomes for candidates and the business—at scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for Product and Design roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, closing, and offer execution.
  • Serve as a player/coach, carrying a personal requisition load while overseeing delivery and outcomes across the recruiting team.
  • Manage and develop a team of 4–6 recruiters, providing day-to-day prioritization, coaching, performance feedback, and skill development.
  • Drive role calibration and recruiting strategy with hiring managers (profiles, competencies, leveling, interview plans, timelines).
  • Build and maintain proactive, diverse pipelines using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, social media, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Provide structured candidate assessments and slate presentations, including market insights and hiring recommendations.
  • Partner with HR, compensation, and business stakeholders to support complex offers and competitive closing strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations; resolve issues/escalations and ensure consistent process quality.
  • Maintain focus on controls, compliance, process rigor, and risk awareness to support a stable recruiting operating environment.
  • Use recruiting data to monitor funnel health and drive continuous improvement (pipeline status, conversions, time-to-fill drivers, candidate experience).

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency).
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Product and Design roles (e.g., Product Management, Product Design/UX/UI, UX Research, Content Design, Service Design).
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing recruiting professionals, including coaching and performance feedback.
  • Experience supporting and closing complex offers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across all levels.
  • Proficiency with recruiting systems/tools (ATS) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint); Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience recruiting in highly competitive product/design talent markets and scaling pipelines across multiple role families.
  • Demonstrated success building diverse candidate slates through inclusive sourcing and market mapping.
  • Strong analytical and operational discipline; ability to use metrics to drive execution and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence is a plus.
