Position

One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior UX Designer in the United States. We’re looking for a seasoned Senior UX Designer to help redefine how organizations manage their most critical business relationships through enterprise software.

Role Description

In this role, you’ll lead the user experience strategy and execution for a sophisticated Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists, you’ll drive user-centric design solutions that are both innovative and practical. You’ll champion accessibility and usability, ensuring design excellence across every touchpoint. This is a key opportunity to influence an industry-leading B2B product while leveraging modern AI tools to enhance the user journey.

Accountabilities

• Drive the end-to-end UX design process, from user research through final implementation
• Facilitate discovery workshops and co-design sessions with customers and stakeholders
• Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent and test usability
• Integrate AI capabilities into the platform with a focus on ethical design, transparency, and control
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, customer success, and data teams
• Conduct user testing, synthesize insights, and apply findings to improve user experience
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, interaction design, or information architecture
• Proven track record designing successful B2B enterprise applications
• Strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Experience with WCAG-compliant design and accessibility best practices
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in the design workflow (e.g., for research, ideation, prototyping)
• Ability to lead user research and apply findings to product development
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for in-person customer sessions
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
