  • Engage directly with users, sales, and customer success to gather insights and validate design direction.
  • Champion design best practices across planning, process, and implementation.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive experiences.
  • Design intuitive, engaging user experiences and optimize long-term user engagement through sustainable design systems.
  • Manage trade-offs between speed and innovation while maintaining a high bar for design quality.

  • Proficiency in Figma and other leading design tools; coding experience is a plus.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C SaaS products; startup background highly valued.
  • Solid grounding in interaction design, visual design, and user research methodologies.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, color theory, and user appeal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and an innovative mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones, with a proactive and empathetic approach to teamwork.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and equity package.
  • Flexible, remote-friendly work arrangements.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Generous paid time off and parental leave.
  • Mission-driven and collaborative company culture.
  • Professional growth and development opportunities.
