This role is part of the Jobber Franchise product team. We are building Jobber Central and creating tailored solutions to support the unique needs of franchise and multi-unit businesses, streamlining their operations and empowering franchisors to optimize their networks at scale.

As a Senior Product Designer on the Franchise team, youll design the experiences that power Jobber Central—our platform built specifically for franchise and multi-unit service businesses. Youll define scalable, intuitive workflows for complex franchise-specific needs like centralized billing, brand-level reporting, and multi-location management. Your work will help franchisors optimize their networks at scale while ensuring their franchisees can deliver exceptional service through Jobber.
Our Product Designers turn insights and ideas into intuitive, high-quality user experiences. In this role, youll uncover user and business problems, shape solutions, and translate them into polished, end-to-end designs.
