Job Description:
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for an enterprise operations platform, bridging the gap between elegant design and technical delivery. Balancing product design (40%) and delivery management (60%), you will collaborate with engineering to ship features that optimize back-of-house workflows for large-scale restaurant chains and complex retail environments.

What you will do:
- Lead product design from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity Figma specs and component library management
- Manage the delivery roadmap by writing detailed technical requirements and coordinating daily with engineering teams
- Execute end-to-end QA testing and validation to ensure all feature releases meet high standards of usability and performance
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in a hybrid Design and Product Management role, with a focus on shipping functional enterprise products
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and delivery tools like Linear, with the ability to navigate technical constraints effectively
- A pragmatic mindset that prioritizes shipping high-quality solutions while maintaining comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
