We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our iwoca Design team. As the Product Designer for the core funnel, you will support on the end-to-end user experience for the main business. This will include the application process, choosing and managing offers as well as managing and making repeat loans. You will work with the Principal Product Designer for Funnel Teams in shaping the future of iwoca’s product, discovering new opportunities and developing solutions that provide a seamless and valuable experience for our customers. You'll work with product and engineering teams to deliver designs that have a direct impact on the success of small businesses.

The UK Funnel Teams optimise iwoca’s lending products and the customer journey. The teams include product managers, analysts, developers, and data scientists working together to design, build, and test innovative solutions. The teams use data-driven insights to identify the most effective ways to serve our customers, while maximising the mutual value in iwoca’s relationships with SMEs.
As a product designer, you will collaborate on everything from launching new product features to refining customer experiences. This integrated, cross-functional approach allows the team to address complex challenges, iterate quickly, and build solutions that shape how thousands of businesses succeed.
As the Mid/Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept to polished user interface. This is a strategic role that also requires hands-on execution.
With support from the Product Team and the Principal Product Designer, conduct user research and usability testing to uncover pain points and validate your design solutions. Establish and monitor user feedback loops to build a culture of continuous improvement. Identify and act on opportunities for improvement based on both qualitative and quantitative data.
