About the job

The IB is undergoing an exciting transformation, guided by a new digital and education vision for its ecosystem. This role will help redefine how the IB co-creates innovative solutions for future learners, educators, and the wider education community.

As an embedded member of our UX Team reporting to the Head of UX, youll collaborate closely with the Education Innovation department—focused on long-term, disruptive ideas and creative approaches to design, prototype, and test new concepts.

Our team is passionate about understanding user needs and improving processes to unlock technology capabilities and deliver meaningful efficiencies. By centralising and standardising UX across IB offices, we ensure consistency and excellence in user experience design.
