Instacart’s Enterprise organization builds the Retailer Platform that powers our partners’ businesses—from merchandising and promotions to fulfillment and insights. We’re looking for a Product Design Manager to lead and grow a high-impact team shaping the tools and experiences that help retailers operate and thrive on Instacart. In this role you'll focus on ways to grow our existing retailers and enable new ones by delivering intuitive self-serve experiences that empower retailers to scale their business while enhancing how consumers engage with their favorite grocery brands. As a leader of our Retailer Platform you’ll manage and grow a team of designers to produce high-quality and impactful work. Together, you’ll focus across two major domains: empowering retailers with scalable whitelabel merchandising and marketing tooling, and crafting intuitive, consumer-facing experiences that connect shoppers with their favorite grocery brands. You’ll set the vision for design standards, systems, and strategic thinking across this portfolio and collaborate cross-functionally to amplify Instacart’s impact in one of our most important growth areas.
