You will contribute to Bank Mendes Gans staying the bank which provides top notch services and products for our customers in Netting and Cash Pool. You are responsible for creating digital services of the Customer Experience. During this process you will work closely together with the Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, and Tech.

As (Senior) UX Designer at BMG, you will contribute to BMG becoming the bank which provides top-notch services for our clients via a broad range of digital channels. CX is crucial for BMG. We believe that progress is always possible. You know that everything starts with a problem and that it is your job to find the best UX Design. You improve customer journeys in close alignment with the Customer Journey Expert (CJE) by creating interaction designs that add value for our clients.

You will work according to the BMG way of working as part of the UX team. You will work with different Product Areas, multidisciplinary squads, and stakeholders in a tech-driven environment where you are responsible for the consistency and uniformity of our UX designs. You ensure excellent customer experience at digital touch points by contributing to the design library and creating easy, usable solutions for our customers’ problems.
You will take the lead in bringing BMG to the next UX maturity level. You will maintain a helicopter view of what is needed to deliver the best designs, organize and prioritize UX work, and liaise with stakeholders.
