The Product Designer 2 partners with product teams to design products that satisfy and exceed customer needs. The Product Designer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. This role will be responsible for transforming how people learn about and shop for Humana offerings, with a focus on meeting customers where they are and prioritizing clarity and simplicity as we support them in navigating a complex space.

As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. If you are selected for a first round interview, you will receive an email correspondence inviting you to participate in a HireVue interview. In this interview, you will listen to a set of interview questions over your phone or text and you will provide recorded responses to each question. Your recorded interview will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.

Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$65,000 - $88,600 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
