  • Focus on the customer. Youll lead with a user-centered mindset, translating research and data into actionable insights that reduce friction and time-to-value for elite users.
  • Be a visual and verbal storyteller. Youll communicate design vision and decisions clearly, connecting user needs to business outcomes and aligning partners across Product and Engineering.
  • Add clarity to ambiguous problem spaces. Youll guide teams through complex, multi-product workflows by asking the right questions and balancing simplification with elite-level customization.
  • Collaborate across disciplines. By forming close partnerships with counterparts in Engineering, Product, Scrum and Quality, youll help define requirements and deliver clear and focused digital user experiences.
  • Design process, quality and delivery. Youll advocate for accessibility and design excellence, all while shepherding your project to release. After delivering on-time solutions, youll measure and own how well they address design and product needs.
