We’re looking for a Director of Design, Growth Products to lead and scale design across our most critical growth experiences. This role owns the end-to-end design strategy for key growth surfaces including new user onboarding, product activation, expansion experiences, and cancellation/retention flows. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to drive measurable business impact while delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, craft, experimentation, and people leadership.

The salary range for this position is $246000 - $312000 annually. (Bonus Pay included)
