HackerOne is seeking an experienced product designer to join our growing digital-first team. As a Staff Product Designer, you know that design isn’t just about aesthetics – it’s the art of making things usable. You will be working on advancing our offensive security testing offerings, applying GenAI via LLM as part of our Pentest as a Service and AI Red Teaming product lines.
As part of your product area, you will take ownership of all parts of the design process, including problem definition, vision, approach, decisions, interaction design, user research, and usability testing. You'll work hand in hand with the product manager and engineers to drive the product forward. The ideal candidate is creative and innovative and has the organizational skills to plan and execute initiatives to improve the overall product experience. You will work with product and development teams primarily based in the US and the Netherlands.
