Are you fascinated by the intersection of AI and user experience? This internship is designed for individuals who think beyond the interface, exploring how AI, our customers, and UX design come together to create seamless digital interactions. You will work alongside experienced UX designers, researchers, and product managers in a real-world business environment—experimenting, testing, and refining AI-powered experiences for the insurance industry.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors or masters degree in AI, human-computer interaction, UX design, computer science, cognitive science, psychology, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $40. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, competitive vacation packages, and a company-sponsored retirement plan, as outlined in our talent rewards program.
