Education required:
To apply for this placement, you must currently be studying an Undergraduate degree in User Experience (UX) Design or Interaction Design, Graphic Design or Communication Design, Product Design or Industrial Design, Human Factors Engineering or Ergonomics, Design Engineering or Innovation Design.
Other requirements:
You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement. You must be enrolled at a UK (United Kingdom) or ROI (Republic of Ireland) University for the duration of your placement. If you have already graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree and are currently studying a postgraduate Masters, you are not eligible for this programme.

Written and spoken fluency in English.

To meet our objective of ensuring that our patients, and the people who care for them, can successfully engage with and use our medicines, the Inclusive Design team is responsible for conducting patient engagement research and combining it with disease understanding to enrich a synthesis of the patient persona types, patient experience journey, and their capabilities. These findings can be leveraged by teams in medicine development to contribute to overall product design.
The Inclusive Design team also leads sustainability objectives to develop truly innovative new packaging and devices that help meet GSK's ambition to reduce our impact on the environment and lead to positive nature change and reduce climate impact.
