UX Designer, Chrome on Android

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
A Portfolio link showcasing exceptional craft and experience designing and leading mobile and tablet product software or services.

Preferred qualifications:

Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
1 year of experience leading design projects.
Experience with navigating ambiguity to ship features, and work cross-functionally.

US Applicants:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups or high fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
Drive multiple projects simultaneously and semi-independently with high volume output.
