As a Staff Product Designer, youll lead design for cross-cutting platform experiences–the foundational elements that touch every workflow regardless of stage. This role requires deep collaboration; every decision ripples across the product. Youll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and designers across stages to translate ambiguity into clear direction, define solutions, and ship work that meaningfully improves the experience for developers and DevSecOps teams. This role will be project-based, starting with Knowledge Graph, and solving persistent problems that span organizational boundaries and require a holistic view of the product. Along the way, youll share knowledge, contribute to our Pajamas Design System, and mentor other designers. Staff designers are key culture carriers who model collaboration, iterative ways of working while pushing the bar on craft.
