Hybrid: Reporting to a specific location where work needs to be performed / collaboration should happen (regardless this location is within a hub) and without regard to where a candidate lives. Some employees may end up hybrid who live more than 50 miles away but where business needs dictate them to be onsite at a specific location three days per week. This role is categorized as hybrid. The designer’s ultimate goal is to provide a considered, holistic vehicle experience working in an advanced space. A good candidate has knowledge of human-centric design, sensibility to aesthetics, form, and brand, and an ability to solve user needs and wants over a wide range of customers. This role requires a harmonious combination of creative skills and technical know-how. Creative exploration while understanding humanistic design is core to the UX designer in this role.
