We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Developer Lead with over 7 years of experience in Application Modernization to join our dynamic team. The Senior UX Developer Lead will play a critical role in the modernization of the Delivery Operations Information System (DOIS) for the United States Postal Service (USPS). The individual will utilize AI-enabled software engineering and microservices architecture to deliver enhanced capabilities and improved operational efficiency in USPSs delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in UI/UX design, particularly with a focus on Human-Centered Design (HCD), and must possess deep expertise in dynamic form building. Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, UI/UX Design or relevant computer-based major or equivalent experience. If there is no relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting. This position has a U.S. residency requirement. The USPS security clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as follows: U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3 years (unless they meet certain exceptions). Non-U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 90 days consecutively in the last 3 years.
The likely salary range for this position is $133,450 - $180,550. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
