Our hybrid work model (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions, and build relationships. At the same time, it offers the flexibility you need to focus and do your best work. The person can be located in London, Dublin or Prague.

Lead collaboration within a product pillar, setting a vision that aligns cross-functional stakeholders across product, engineering, and research.
Influence company and product strategy through storytelling, using strong narratives to communicate the design vision to executive leadership.
Mediate complex design debates and stakeholder disagreements to drive product clarity and alignment.
Lead UX strategy with a research-backed approach, grounding product experiences in user needs, market signals, and business priorities.
Establish best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for product-wide consistency and impact.
Drive the evolution of our design system and standards to support scalable, cohesive product experiences.
Apply AI tools and design methods to speed up iteration, unlock new value for users, and evolve how we design and build products.
Shape design processes at the team level to improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
Identify and lead process improvements across the pillar—removing friction and amplifying output across teams.
Partner with peers to ensure product delivery is timely, reliable, and cross-platform consistent.
Mentor designers by sharing your process, frameworks, and lessons learned.
Create training resources and documentation that enhance team effectiveness and design maturity.
Foster an inclusive, transparent design culture across disciplines and locations.
Can showcase strategic product thinking with experience in developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.
Experience overseeing and executing high design craft and vision for B2C products.
Experience building and shipping multiple features that are broad/ambiguous in scope and encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms.
Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to apply them to complex problems.
Hands-on with AI design tools and workflows — actively using them to enhance user experience, streamline design processes, and explore new opportunities.
Passionate and humble; you always seek new horizons, remaining curious about emerging market trends and trail-blazing experiences.
You are comfortable working within a geographically distributed team.
