As a Director of Product Design at Fox One, you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Product Design in shaping and architecting the next-generation experience, identifying a path from today’s product to a defined North Star. This leader will help develop forward-looking, “blue sky” concepts while ensuring near-term roadmap execution contributes meaningfully to a long-term, scalable experience vision. You will mentor and inspire a talented team of product designers while remaining hands-on when needed—raising the bar on craft, storytelling, and executive communication across the organization. This role operates at the intersection of vision and execution, translating early-stage ideas into actionable design direction and driving clarity across complex, ambiguous initiatives.

For this role, you will be within the USA region and available to work out of the Los Angeles or New York office. Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position. Selected candidates must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $160,000.00-215,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
