to own the end-to-end design process, from research to high-fidelity mobile and web deliverables. This is a crucial, high-impact role for a designer who is ready to move fast, execute quickly, and translate complex industry problems into simple, actionable experiences for our thousands of customers.
Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX. Youll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-energy individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
As our first full-time Product Designer, you will be expected to be a scrappy, hands-on leader who thrives on ambiguity. Your primary focus will be to own the design vision, creating new product designs and features while strategically revamping existing legacy interfaces using user-validated practices to measurably improve customer workflows and efficiency.
Own the design for our core platform features, including complex mobile-first solutions for technicians in the field and robust web applications for office staff.
Design highly efficient interfaces for critical field service management tasks, such as Scheduling & Dispatching, Invoicing, CRM/Customer Management, Payments, and Work Order Management.
Partner directly with Product Managers to plan, execute, and report on user research (including user interviews and usability testing) to gather critical insights, validate problem definitions, and inform design strategy.
Quickly create wireframes, user flows, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes (leveraging tools like Figma and AI prototyping) to translate ambiguity into simple, elegant designs, and then conduct validation to ensure user acceptance before development.
While moving quickly on features, you will also be responsible for contributing to and expanding a scalable design system/library across our web and mobile applications to ensure consistency and speed.
Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure designs are understood, implemented to a high standard, and iterated upon based on data and real-world usage.
