We are seeking a Director of UX Research to drive customer and business outcomes during a critical and exciting period of growth. As the first full-time researcher, you will establish the key pillars of our customer insights strategy: how we collect data (both qualitative and quantitative) and how that data is analyzed to form actionable insights that drive measurable changes to our platform and service models. You will support existing voice-of-customer programs and form a long-term plan for diversifying insights that will inform product and design strategy.

The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
