About the role
What youll do
- Own end-to-end product execution
- Lead design from discovery to delivery within your squad.
- Turn unclear problems into structured flows and testable solutions.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to balance speed and long-term scalability.
- Balance speed with long-term product quality.
- Raise the quality bar within the squad and the Product Design team
- Bring structure to problem framing.
- Clarify problem statements before jumping to UI.
- Contribute to stronger discovery and validation practices
- Push for measurable outcomes and clear success metrics.
- Improve requirement quality and reduce rework.
- Elevate critique and design discussions.
- Design with systems in mind
- Design with reusable components and scalable patterns.
- Reduce inconsistencies and UX debt across squads.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure system integrity.
- Propose improvements to components, documentation, and usage standards.
- Improve quality and speed
- Identify pragmatic opportunities where AI capabilities can improve user experience.
- Know when to use each tool to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and iteration.
- Apply structured prompting to enhance output efficiency
- Critically assess AI-generated outputs rather than accepting them at face value.
About You
- Proven ability to ship complex flows under time pressure.
- Strong systems thinking and comfort with scalable patterns.
- Experience contributing to or evolving a design system.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrating how your design workflow is evolving with AI tooling adoption.
