As a Director, Product Design, youll own both our Casino and Game Studio Design product verticals, leading a high-performing team of designers, design managers and art directors while partnering closely with cross-functional leadership to deliver strategic outcomes. Youll set a clear vision, ensure consistently high-quality execution, and scale design excellence across the organization. While your primary focus will be product and team leadership within your vertical, youll also help shape the broader Product Design organization by elevating practices, developing leaders, and strengthening our design culture.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 196,000.00 USD - 245,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
