The project you will be working on

One of the core functionalities of any bank is the ability to have accounts. For every company, it is critical to understand the financial situation and adapt to the changing environment on a daily basis. For that, a thorough understanding of the account balances, forecasts, and history is critical to make the right decisions. Users need to understand if the invoices and bills are paid and payable, as well as plan weeks and months ahead. All that data can be found in the accounts and connected Liquidity products.

With this wide offering, it is fundamental that the products understand the user and support them in the best way possible. Design is a key part in bringing a product to the market that satisfies user needs and creates elegant solutions that cover the complex world of cash management.

Join as Senior Product Design (f/m/x) in the Corporate Bank’s Account Information team to work on the next version of features creating, reviewing, maintaining, reporting, archiving, and controlling finance for clients around the world. Your key responsibilities

• Be part of the product team and contribute throughout the discovery, design, development, and delivery processes while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Run workshop/walkthrough sessions using Design Sprint and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Perform project-specific design reviews using accepted heuristics.
• Constantly push for a user-centred approach while delivering to business requirements.
• Design user-friendly, accessible, best practice, and pixel-perfect applications for web.
• Work with development to review and deliver applications.

Your skills and experiences

• Confident to explain your design process, articulate the individual steps and their impact on the outcome.
• Ability to structure projects by detailing briefs and asking for Key Performance Indicators.
• Create comprehensive specifications using Figma that follow modern UI and user behaviour heuristics. Build prototypes to communicate within the team and support user research activities.
• Work with complex business processes and nuanced information architectures to accurately build interfaces that reflect the complexities the finance industry deals with.
