You are responsible for defining and enriching the user experience of members and clients on different virtual platforms. You serve as a specialist advisor and subject matter expert for the definition of user journeys and the experience members and clients should have in the digital ecosystem, based on the organizations goals, user needs and technological capabilities. You lead different stakeholders with respect to development projects and complex, strategic initiatives of an innovative nature, in relation to the delivery of member- and client-focused solutions.
You help solve highly complex problems that require analytical skills and comprehensive, detailed knowledge of the line of business and the organization. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. You make recommendations on the development and execution of initiatives and projects with a high degree of operational and conceptual complexity that have an impact on one or more business sectors. You interact with a large number of stakeholders working in other fields to understand and communicate the issues and to influence decision-making with respect to the user experience.
