As a UX designer, you are responsible for defining and enriching the user experience of members and clients on different virtual platforms. Your role is to define user journeys and the experience members and clients should have in the digital ecosystem, based on the organization's goals, user needs, and technological capabilities. You advise and assist clients and partners as part of the delivery of important member- and client-focused solutions. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of the line of business. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You prepare recommendations, solutions, and action plans based on the organization’s directions and objectives. You interact with various stakeholders working in other fields to understand their needs and present and explain the different aspects of the user experience.
