Company Description

Depop is the community-powered circular fashion marketplace where anyone can buy, sell and discover desirable secondhand fashion. With a community of over 35 million users, Depop is on a mission to make fashion circular, redefining fashion consumption. Founded in 2011, the company is headquartered in London, with offices in New York and Manchester, and in 2021 became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Etsy.

Our mission is to make fashion circular and to create an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, no matter who they are or where they’re from. Just as our platform connects people globally, we believe our workplace should reflect the diversity of the communities we serve. We thrive on the power of different perspectives and experiences, knowing they drive innovation and bring us closer to our users. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, providing employment opportunities without regard to age, ethnicity, religion or belief, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy or maternity, marriage and civil partnership, or any other protected status. We’re continuously evolving our recruitment processes to ensure fairness and are open to accommodating any needs you might have.

If, due to a disability, you need adjustments to complete the application, please let us know by sending an email with your name, the role to which you would like to apply, and the type of support you need to complete the application. For any other non-disability related questions, please reach out to our Talent Partners.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join the Supply design team, dedicated to building experiences that help our top sellers thrive and grow their businesses on Depop. As part of a cross-functional squad, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape seller-facing products. You’ll play a key role in realizing our north-star vision for high-volume sellers – designing solutions that support them in listing, managing, and growing their shops with ease.

This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on solving complex service and product challenges, balancing user needs with business goals, and who enjoys scaling impact through collaboration and mentoring.

What you’ll do

Execution & Impact: Lead design across seller experiences end-to-end — exploring, prototyping, and delivering solutions from early concepts to polished UI and specifications.
Project Management: Balance multiple projects, ensuring strong execution while tying your work to broader product strategy.
Collaboration & Influence: Partner with product, engineering, and research to shape priorities, align stakeholders, and rally teams around a clear vision.
User & Business Focus: Champion seller needs while balancing Depop’s goals — using data and market insight to identify opportunities, test solutions, and deliver impact.
Leadership & Growth: Mentor peers, share expertise, and contribute to a positive, collaborative design culture.
Craft Expertise: Apply advanced design skills across mobile and web, raising the quality bar and evolving our team practices.

Ability to translate research and insights into clear, compelling design decisions.
Confident in presenting work and influencing stakeholders with compelling but structured, evidence-based arguments.
(Nice to have) Experience scaling complex flows across devices, e.g desktop dashboards and within mobile apps.
(Nice to have) Experience with service design methodologies, mapping end-to-end journeys across touchpoints and considering both frontstage and backstage experiences.
(Nice to have) Familiarity with e-commerce or marketplace dynamics.
