Were seeking a UX Design Lead to establish the design foundation for our next-generation cybersecurity platform. Youll own the complete user experience across our product portfolio—from analyst workflows to administrative controls and executive dashboards. This is a ground-floor opportunity to set design standards, create reusable patterns, and build a design system that enables our platform to scale while maintaining exceptional usability and visual polish. Youll work directly with engineering and product leadership to transform complex security capabilities into intuitive, elegant experiences that security professionals actually want to use. The ideal candidate brings deep UX expertise, strong visual design sensibilities, and the ability to establish design excellence as a core product differentiator from day one.
We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees health, well-being, and long-term success. The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 – $250,000 per year. Within this range, individual pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
