We are looking for a talented Product Design Technician Level IV to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Ensure Quality

By ensuring model and drawing quality, you help maintain high standards in product design.

Maintain Specifications

Creating and maintaining product specifications using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ensures precision and consistency.

Utilize CAD Tools

Using CAD data management tools for configuration control and security helps protect and manage design data effectively.

Adhere to Standards

Ensuring the application of company, industry, national, and international standards guarantees compliance and quality.

Process Engineering Requests

Efficiently processing internal engineering work requests supports timely project completion.

Mentor and Train

Mentoring and training less experienced Product Designers fosters skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Lead Reviews

Participating in and leading Drawing Quality Reviews ensures thorough evaluation and improvement of designs.

Create Concept Designs

Working with engineering to generate concept models and creating assemblies to ensure fit to mating parts drives innovation and functionality.
